The Value of Your Membership
I get asked all the time, "What is the value of today's LACMA membership?" We have over 25 corporate partners to help physicians in private practice and our medical group and hospital-based relationships with the problems they face each day.

Let me share what one of our members recently stated:

"There are tangible values on a daily basis. Networking with forward-thinkers is a huge plus for me. It helps to know that there is an organization that is still fighting for us. I also like the preferred partners in that they see the light. athenahealth, for example, has my back. PatientPop is driving a lot of traffic in my direction. Paragon Private Health is about to take my practice to the next level with their concierge service. These are all benefits that add up in my mind and create a foundation for me to stand upon. There's also the concept of the new LACMA and how we have to try to remain relevant in today's world. With the advent of cell phones and instant gratification, it's hard to compete, but I believe that all of us here are appreciative of the worthy cause."

If any members need assistance with any company or area of service, reach out to me and I will make introductions immediately. Physicians need and demand to see benefit, value and great service.  Our new platform, designed for physicians, provides a high level of service and each member of the LACMA team knows intimately what our partners offer physician members.

If you would like to share your thoughts on what you value most about your LACMA and CMA membership, please contact me.

Recent Happenings
Dr. Jerry Abraham and I had the privilege of attending last week's Wine and Food Festival hosted by AltaMed Health Services. We were able to connect with Latino leaders from across the Los Angeles region including Congressman Tony Cardenas (D-29th District).

This week we will unveil our new LINK Program to connect some of our banking partners with physician members in an entirely new way. Through sponsorship, organizations like Banc of California, for example, will get to meet new members who directly benefited from the sponsorship.

Equally exciting this week are meetings with Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center executives and Centinela Medical Center medical staff leadership. Our goal is to help HPMC save considerable dollars with respect to supply chain and utility costs. With Centinela, we are focused on physician wellness and specific benefits for medical staff.

Calling on Physicians in Private Practice
LACMA's preferred partner, Paragon Private Health, wants to know if you are curious about converting to a concierge medicine model.

If you have ever wanted to learn more about the impact a concierge medicine model will have on your practice and patients, you should join us on August 29th in Santa Monica for a special program and meet n greet with Paragon Private Health.

Converting to a concierge model of care has helped countless independent physicians restore doctor patient relationships and improve income. Due to Paragon's tailored, data-driven, and hands-on approach, they have successfully helped many physicians around the country implement concierge medicine programs…even those who had ruled it out in the past.
