Webinar: Federal Tax Reform and What It Means for Physicians

Specify Alternate Text
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act signed into law in December of 2017 represents the largest reform of our tax system in thirty years. In addition to changing the general tax rates, the new law limits how tax losses can be used, specifies which industries will qualify for the new 20% qualified business income tax deduction, provides several new tax credits, and changes how certain fringe benefits, certain meals, and entertainment expenses are generally treated. The new law also changes the pros and cons of certain entity structures such as C corporations versus S corporations.

This webinar will discuss how the new tax law will impact California physicians, provide specific examples, and outline new strategies that will become increasingly common under the new rules.
