A Consistent Influence

For more than 100 years, the LACMA has been a
constant voice for the local medical community

Asian and Pacific Islander Physicians Advisory Committee

Founded in 2014, LACMA’s Asian and Pacific Islander Physician Advisory committee (API PAC) works to improve the quality of care for patients and provide opportunities for physicians of Asian and Pacific Island descent to lead the way in a changing healthcare landscape.

While recognizing the many contributions of API physicians, the Committee will also highlight the tremendous challenges and unmet needs of the growing number of Asian and Pacific Islander physicians and patients in the LA County area.

The committee was established in conjunction with other physician advisory committees in LACMA and will collaborate on projects to pursue the common interest of all API physician members of LACMA.
